After world tours for Gourmet’s Diary of a Foodie, hanging out with chef Curtis Stone, then setting up the first season of Top Chef; of course a move to Portland. Helping tell the story of America’s first foodie, James Beard on American Masters, cements a culinary content focus, and a working kitchen studio. Clients include Kitchen Aid, Philips, Wüsthof, Bob’s Red Mill, King Arthur Baking, Target and Finex.
